Student wellbeing during Covid-19

The world is going through a tricky time right now and it can be difficult to see the positives.
We have put together some tips to help everyone get over the next few weeks and to try and remain positive.
We will get through this ‘Ní neart go cur le chéile’.

 

Following is Active To Do List for the weeks ahead.
Give yourself a challenge for each day. Can you tick off at least one item from the list each day.
Create a competition within the house….who can complete the most!! Set a daily goal, stay positive & stay safe.
